The Two Art Work ( Mira Schedel - Tate Museum )

I never knew who Mira Schendel was. I was so impressed when I went to the Tate Museum and looked at her art work. What really inspired me the most were her small journals, whenever she traveled she just takes the journal out and start sketching. The colors and sequence of her journals (London Journal 1966) are so magical and it is beyond amazing. She inspired me to do the same. I know hold a small sketchbook with oil pestles everywhere I go.

What I also loved was the Graphic object of oil and transfer lettering on a rice paper with acrylic. The boldness of the letters and how it reflected each other, the neatness and messiness how they simply work together. The layout of the whole thing put together and the details it is remarkable.  Mira Schendel is a person who I will always look up to for inspiration and creativeness. I really loved every single thing she designed.
